WHAT WILL YOU DO (according to the area)? * Lead, motivate, and develop the checkout section team. * Organize shifts and prioritize tasks according to store needs. * Ensure quality standards, customer service, order, and operational efficiency. * Monitor KPIs and drive improvements to achieve objectives. * Manage incidents and coordinate with other managers and the store team.
