Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise the packaging process for meat products. * Organize and assign team tasks to maintain production pace. * Monitor machinery operation and manage minor incidents. * Verify labeling, weight, traceability, and proper product storage conditions. * Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, food safety, and occupational health and safety (PRL) regulations. * Guarantee adherence to internal company procedures. Requirements * Education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) * Mandatory: • Minimum education level: ESO (Bachelor’s degree or higher education is valued). + Minimum 1 year of experience in production or packaging environments (food industry experience preferred). + Personal vehicle to commute to the workplace. + Basic computer skills (Office 365\). + Proficiency in both spoken and written Catalan and Spanish.
