Psychologist – Lantus Bellvís Residential Care Facility (Part-time) **Location:** Bellvís (Lleida) At **Grupo Lantus**, we are seeking a **Psychologist** for our residential care facility for older adults in **Bellvís**, a modern center committed to person-centered care. Our facility has 112 beds, a multidisciplinary team, and facilities designed to promote the well-being, autonomy, and quality of life of older adults. Responsibilities * Psychological assessment and intervention for residents. * Development and monitoring of individualized care plans. * Individual and group cognitive stimulation. * Emotional support for residents and guidance for families. * Coordination with the interdisciplinary team (physicians, nursing staff, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and social workers). * Preparation of reports and documentation specific to the role. Requirements * Bachelor’s or Licentiate degree in Psychology. * Teamwork skills, empathy, and person-centered orientation.
