To continue driving our growth, we are looking to hire an ERP Project Manager to join the digital transformation of our industrial and construction processes. Your mission As ERP Project Manager, you will lead the implementation, evolution and governance of the Group's ERP ecosystem, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as the core platform. You will be responsible for ensuring that the ERP architecture — including integrations, third\-party applications, data platforms, reporting and automation — is stable, secure, scalable and aligned with the business strategy. You will work closely with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Construction and IT teams, as well as technology partners, ensuring predictable deliveries, high adoption and value creation for the business. Main functions * Lead end\-to\-end ERP implementation projects: from scope definition to go\-live and hypercare phase. * Define and execute the Group's ERP strategy, roadmap and governance model. * Coordinate cross\-functional teams in industrial and construction environments. * Manage integrators, technology providers and external partners (quality, milestones, budget and SLA). * Define and supervise project management: scope, planning, budget, risks (RAID) and executive reporting. * Act as the main escalation point for ERP\-related issues across all Group units. * Drive process transformation initiatives related to ERP, CRM and configurators. * Ensure successful adoption through change management plans, training and communication. * Oversee the operational stability and continuous evolution of the ERP ecosystem. * Ensure alignment with corporate standards and best practices in security and compliance. Requirements **Experience** * + 8 years in project management with solid experience in ERP implementations. * Experience in consulting and managing large projects or programmes. * Experience in multi\-site or international deployments. * Experience in industrial, manufacturing or construction environments. **Technical knowledge** * Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (certification highly valued). * Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or others). * Experience in IT governance, risk management and reporting to senior management. * Management of suppliers and technology integrators. **Languages** * English: High level. * French: High level. * Spanish and Portuguese: desirable. **Education** * University degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration or similar. * PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications (desirable).
