We are seeking a person to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks at an industrial plant in Montblanc. Responsibilities include repairing faults according to priority, analyzing root causes of failures and proposing effective solutions, as well as complying with the scheduled maintenance plan. Continuous improvement initiatives will also be explored and implemented to optimize equipment performance, all within quality, safety, and environmental regulations. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, valuing initiative, problem-solving ability, and commitment to excellence. A permanent contract is offered with a split working schedule from Monday to Friday, and salary is determined according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement. We seek a proactive, responsible individual eager to learn, who can quickly integrate into the team and contribute to the plant’s success. Education in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Automation, or a related field is required. Prior experience in industrial maintenance is mandatory, along with solid knowledge of industrial electricity, pneumatics, and mechanics, as well as proficiency in Siemens PLCs and TIA Portal. The candidate must be solution-oriented, responsible, and capable of working effectively in a team. Experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry, knowledge of automation and 3D design, and experience in continuous improvement and process optimization will be valued. A continuous learning mindset and commitment to safety are essential.
