




We are a family-owned company in the real estate and architectural projects sector. Currently, we have 4 employees and are looking for staff to build a strong team. We are seeking a person to join our team with an administrative profile. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday, with split shifts. Main responsibilities: • General accounting and invoice management • Answering phone calls and managing emails • Handling procedures with government agencies and various administrative tasks • Providing administrative support to the architecture and real estate team Required profile: • Previous experience in similar administrative tasks • Knowledge of basic accounting and office tools (Excel, email, etc.) • Good command of Catalan and Spanish • Organized, versatile, and proactive individual * 1 year of experience. Must have knowledge of accounting and office software (especially Excel). Problem solver with quick learning ability. * COMPLETED PRIMARY EDUCATION * Secondary school graduate * Catalan (spoken B1 - threshold, written B1 - threshold) * Spanish (spoken B1 - threshold, written B1 - threshold) * Skills / knowledge: Accounting Spreadsheets (Excel) * Access to a vehicle * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time * Additional information: Split working hours.
