We are looking for a social worker for 30 hours per week at a Senior Residence. Immediate incorporation. • Promote the development of the individual's capacities that allow them to resolve individual and collective social problems. • Encourage the establishment of fair social services and policies, as well as alternatives to existing socioeconomic resources, and act upon them. • Provide information and social connections that enable formal and informal resources to adapt to the person's changing needs. • The professional attention provided in residential facilities and day centers for the elderly specifically includes: • Safeguarding the rights and responsibilities of the individuals being cared for. • Coordinating the social area of the center, especially within family intervention programs and community relations programs. • Acting as the key professional throughout the entire process of admission, stay, and discharge of the individual and their family from the center, ensuring continuity of care. * Experience: 3 months. Experience will be valued, but is not essential. * Social Work * Diploma or Technical Engineering in Social Work * Catalan (spoken Superior, written Superior) * Spanish (spoken Superior, written Superior) * Driving license: B * Indefinite employment contract * Part-time schedule (30 hours - weekly working hours)
