We are looking for a social integrator to join our team and support residents in their daily lives. The selected candidate will participate in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of social, educational, and community activities, promoting residents' personal autonomy and emotional well-being. **Job responsibilities:** * Design and implement leisure, social participation, and cognitive stimulation activities. * Provide personalized support to residents according to their needs. * Work collaboratively with the professional team (educators, psychologists, social workers, nursing staff, etc.). * Promote coexistence and integration within the center's community. * Monitor and document interventions carried out. * Encourage family and community involvement in the residential project.
