The Adsis Foundation is looking for a committed individual with a vocation for education to join the team at the Open Center, located in the Carmel neighborhood (Barcelona). The selected candidate will assume the role of social educator and tutor, and will be responsible for: \- Planning, implementing, and evaluating Open Center activities: academic support, workshops, leisure activities, and snacks. \- Providing educational and social follow-up for the center’s youth (ages 12 to 18). \- Conducting individual tutoring for approximately 12 adolescents. \- Preparing and updating follow-up documentation (Individualized Educational Plan and Family File). \- Participating in the planning and evaluation of the center’s educational project, in coordination with the rest of the team. \- Coordinating with stakeholders involved in the young person’s development. \- Supporting the organization of the section. * Degree in Social Education * Catalan (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Spanish (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * English (spoken Intermediate, written Intermediate) * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Initiative and autonomy \- Capacity for learning \- Optimism and enthusiasm \- Organization and planning \- Interpersonal communication \- Teamwork * Indefinite-term employment contract * Part-time position (25 hours \- weekly schedule) * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1000' to '1200' * Additional relevant information: \- Interviews in January.
