Reporting directly to the Care Manager, your main responsibility will be to develop and implement physical rehabilitation programs for residents and users, participating in the center's multidisciplinary plan. Your main responsibilities will include: * Participating, together with the multidisciplinary team, in conducting assessments or evaluations related to your professional specialty. * Assessing the patient/user's functional status, considering physical, psychological, and social aspects, identifying any alterations, functional limitations, disabilities found, and associated risks. * Developing a specific intervention plan. * Implementing required rehabilitation treatments and techniques. * Keeping residents and their families informed. * Planning, establishing, and applying postural exercises and activities within health prevention programs. **What do we offer?** * Indefinite contract. * Working hours: 16% * Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
