The Pere Tarrés Foundation is seeking a Community Action Technician for a community action project in Lleida.
This vacancy is **to fill a permanent position**, with a weekly workload of 37.50 hours, under a social action agreement and the job category of graduate senior technician. Salary according to the collective agreement and an indefinite-term contract, with 12 monthly payments. **Start date: 05/08/2026\.**
Schedule: The service will be delivered Monday through Friday during flexible morning and afternoon hours. Occasional weekend work may apply, depending on service needs and as required by the proposed objectives.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
* Applying participatory methodologies necessary to deliver community activation services in the city’s neighbourhoods.
* Knowledge of various agents operating in the neighbourhoods.
* Participatory diagnosis of issues and needs within the neighbourhoods, as well as intervention priorities.
* Maintenance and updating of the resource guide for the city’s different neighbourhoods — at minimum for the Mariola, Historic Centre, and Balàfia neighbourhoods.
* Implementation of new activities at the city’s civic centres.
* Development of a shared action programme for the neighbourhoods.
* Implementation of tools to facilitate communication and information dissemination to residents.
* Support for ongoing participatory processes.
* Other duties arising from the implementation of community activation actions in the neighbourhoods.
* University degree in Social/Community Studies.
* Experience in community work.
* Proficiency in Catalan (C1 level preferred\) and Spanish. Knowledge of additional languages facilitating intercultural work will be valued.
* Competence in office software, web navigation, online searches, form-filling, etc.
* Strong stress-management skills.
* Familiarity with the city of Lleida (geographical and socio-cultural aspects) and its municipal environment.
* Knowledge of data protection regulations.
