Continuous training and opportunities for professional development. **Description:** ---------------- At **I2M**, we are looking for highly motivated **MEP Installation Technicians** (Specialty: Electrical, HVAC, or Plumbing) to join our team in Mallorca, Palma area or Cala Millor area. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong commitment and excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities include: * Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical, HVAC, or plumbing systems (depending on specialty). * Collaborating with other team members to ensure proper functioning of installations. * Interpreting drawings and technical specifications to execute installation tasks. * Identifying and resolving technical issues during the installation process. * Ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations on every project. * Documenting progress of completed work and reporting to the relevant supervisor. We seek individuals eager to grow professionally and capable of working effectively within a team. **Minimum Requirements:** Minimum qualification: Vocational Training Certificate (Medium Level) or equivalent professional certification in one of the MEP-related specialties. Prior experience in installations (minimum 1 year for Third-Class Technicians; higher levels of autonomy required for Second- and First-Class Technicians). Valid Class B driver’s license and personal vehicle. Residence in Mallorca or willingness to relocate. Skills in commitment and organization. **What We Offer:** Permanent contract.
