Main Responsibilities \- End-User Support: Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Resolve Windows operating system and standard enterprise application issues. \- Remote Support Coordination: Assist the central IT team in establishing and managing remote support sessions. Configure folder sharing and manage user access permissions. \- On-Site IT Support: Provide support for computers connected to industrial machinery. Ensure proper connectivity between machines and network systems. \- Installation and Configuration: Install and configure new desktops, laptops, and printers. \- IT Asset and Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets (hardware and software). Coordinate with the procurement department regarding IT hardware requirements. \- Basic Network and Infrastructure Support: Troubleshoot LAN issues. Check physical network connections, patching, and cabling. \- Project Execution: Responsible for executing IT projects. ### **Requirements** \- Language Requirements: Fluent Spanish (C1 level or native) \- mandatory. Fluent English (minimum B2 level) \- mandatory \- Minimum 2 years of experience in Level 1 technical support (Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and standard enterprise applications) \- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, IP addresses, switching) \- Hardware troubleshooting skills \- Basic knowledge of servers, firewalls, and network devices \- Technical degree or university degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field \- Experience supporting IT environments in production plants or factories will be valued If you identify with this profile and wish to join a leading company in engineering and manufacturing of metal components, we look forward to your application!
