Main Responsibilities: * Direct and coordinate the center's overall activities. * Organize and supervise professional teams. * Ensure compliance with current regulations and healthcare quality standards. * Coordinate with administration, collaborating entities, and families. * Manage the center's human, material, and financial resources. * Develop, monitor, and evaluate service objectives and projects. * Promote continuous improvement and enhance residents' quality of life. * Represent the center institutionally. Requirements: * University degree in social, health, legal, economic, or equivalent fields. * Specific training in residential center or social services management, as required by current regulations. * Experience in team management and service organization. * Personal vehicle availability. * Leadership, planning, and decision-making capabilities. * Communication and conflict-resolution skills. * Prior experience in residential centers for older adults is preferred.
