The selected candidate will be responsible for optimizing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with the highest standards of quality and food safety. They must coordinate and motivate the team, implement food safety systems such as HACCP, and manage resources effectively to reduce costs and waste. A university degree in fields such as industrial or agricultural engineering is required, along with a minimum of five years’ experience in production leadership roles. In-depth knowledge of food safety and environmental regulations, as well as strong communication and leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure, are essential. A valid driving license (category B) and personal vehicle are desirable, and on-site work with flexible hours is available.
