We are seeking a production operator to work at an industrial plant in Falset. Responsibilities cover all stages of the production process, from material preparation to final finishing. Metal sheets are handled, specialized machinery is operated following safety protocols, and basic packaging and painting tasks are performed. The workstation is kept orderly and clean, and collaboration with the team is expected to resolve any issues arising during the shift. The ideal candidate is proactive, capable of following instructions, and able to adapt to a dynamic environment. A proactive attitude and commitment to quality and efficiency are highly valued. Prior experience is not required, as initial training is provided to facilitate onboarding and confident performance of assigned tasks. This is a full-time position offering a stable, organized, and safe working environment. Teamwork and continuous learning are encouraged, with clear task structures and opportunities to acquire new knowledge within the industrial sector. We seek a motivated individual with a committed attitude. Responsibility and seriousness in daily tasks are essential. Prior experience as a production operator in the industry is valued but not mandatory. Immediate availability to join the company is required. The primary working schedule is Monday to Friday, morning shift; however, flexibility to work rotating shifts—including afternoon shifts when necessary for production continuity—is also required.
