Fundació Privada Ilersis is a non-profit social entity with over 40 years of history in Lleida. It works towards the inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities and those at risk of social exclusion, focusing on the Social and Employment areas. We are seeking a QUALITY AND PROJECTS TECHNICIAN to support the management of the organization’s quality system, preparation of projects and tenders, monitoring of indicators, and implementation of improvement actions, as well as to collaborate on initiatives related to sustainability and environmental management. Key responsibilities: - Support the drafting of project proposals for grant calls, contests, and tenders. - Develop, review, and update technical documentation and internal procedures. - Monitor executed projects and their indicators. - Collaborate in preparing technical reports and progress reports. - Support the maintenance and improvement of the quality management system. - Participate in the preparation and follow-up of internal and external audits. - Collect, analyze, and exploit data to support decision-making. - Promote and monitor actions related to the organization’s sustainability and environmental management. - Coordinate with various teams to ensure compliance with quality requirements and commitments undertaken in projects. - Support other cross-cutting tasks linked to continuous improvement. * Minimum 2 years’ experience. Experience in developing projects, grants, contests, or tenders. Experience in the social third sector. * Environmental Sciences, Engineering * Higher Vocational Training (FP) qualification in Environmental Management * Catalan (spoken and written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken and written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Organizational and planning skills, ability to work in teams. Excellent writing skills in Catalan and Spanish. Knowledge of environmental regulations or environmental management systems. Familiarity with quality models applied to social services. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional information of interest: Stable contract.
