We are seeking a **Construction Manager / Site Supervisor in Madrid** to coordinate and supervise the execution of works at our Service Stations. The selected candidate will perform the following FUNCTIONS: * Coordinate the work of construction companies and subcontracted firms involved in the construction and/or renovation of service stations nationwide. * Supervise and monitor the work carried out by various subcontracted firms, as well as coordinate with engineering firms responsible for technical project management. * Verify that construction work is being executed in accordance with the approved project definition. * Plan the different phases of construction execution and control their respective timelines. * Hold periodic site progress meetings as defined. * Provide optimal solutions to unforeseen issues arising during project execution. * Review and approve certifications issued by construction companies and subcontracted firms.
