Your Mission You will be responsible for ensuring proper management, control, and traceability of all project documentation, guaranteeing that information remains up-to-date, well-organized, and readily accessible to various teams—fully aligned with quality standards and established timelines. What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like? Your responsibilities will include: * Managing, controlling, and organizing project documentation from inception, ensuring correct coding and archiving. * Tracking document versions, revisions, and statuses, ensuring full traceability and change control. * Coordinating with various project teams to ensure proper receipt, distribution, and updating of information. * Monitoring compliance with document delivery deadlines and identifying deviations. * Optimizing document workflows and resolving issues related to information management. * Implementing internal document management procedures and supporting project reporting. * Maintaining the document management system (e.g., ACC, Aconex, SharePoint, or others) up to date. What Are We Looking For? We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Architect with at least two years of experience and proven capability in end-to-end project management.
