We are hiring a **Technical Coordinator** for our facilities in **Madrid or Barcelona**, a role that will help us drive progress for our customers. **Why Aggreko?** Here are some of the benefits and rewards: * You’ll work for a leading, internationally recognized company delivering customized temporary solutions for Power Generation and Distribution, Temperature Control, and Compressed Air. * An internationally recognized company known for its technical expertise and high-value-added solutions, supported by an extensive fleet capable of serving any industrial sector. * Permanent contract (40 hours/week), base salary plus variable pay, and social benefits (meal vouchers, private health insurance, life insurance). **Key Responsibilities:** * Strategically coordinate and plan daily service technicians’ activities across the Madrid and Barcelona regions, using tools such as Salesforce (FSL). * Conduct thorough and proactive tracking of preventive maintenance to ensure operational readiness and optimal performance of Aggreko equipment. * Efficiently manage material orders and procurement of external services, ensuring necessary field operations support. * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the role, identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to process optimization. **Requirements and Experience:** * Prior experience in a similar role and technical knowledge required. * Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills. * Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, and/or ERP systems such as Infor M3 or other enterprise resource management software. * Proficiency in Portuguese or English is considered an advantage.
