




We are seeking a Customer Service Agent for the energy sector, based in Tarragona. Key responsibilities include direct customer interaction, handling inquiries, and resolving issues related to billing, social tariffs, and other complaints. In addition to direct customer service, the role involves marketing and selling energy products, telecommunications services, and heating and air-conditioning equipment. The position also entails recruiting and managing external collaborators, as well as other duties inherent to the role. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is offered, from Monday to Saturday, on morning shifts between 10:00 and 19:00, with breaks as stipulated by current legal regulations. * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in a role identical or similar to the one described. * We seek a proactive and dynamic individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. .
