We are looking for a newly graduated Tourism Manager with English proficiency for our offices in Chantada / Lugo, with transportation available from Ourense, Monforte de Lemos, O Carballiño, and Lalín. What will your responsibilities be? \- Build strong commercial relationships with the hotels in your portfolio. \- Optimize inventory, availability, and rate competitiveness offered through the Central Reservation System. \- Negotiate terms with the objective of maximizing conversion and ensuring the best competitiveness index for the assigned portfolio of hotels. \- Analyze demand data and booking patterns using internal tools to align contracted products with agency network demand. \- Provide advisory support on online marketing and direct sales. \- Identify business opportunities regarding new products, promotions, or any other service in coordination with the department head and the Business Acceleration team. ¿ ### **Requirements** What are we looking for? \- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or related field; Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Travel Agencies or Tourist Accommodations. \- Analytical mindset and strong commercial aptitude, with clear results orientation. \- Organizational skills and attention to detail. \- Languages: Advanced English proficiency is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is highly valued. \- Prior experience in hotels or travel agencies is considered an advantage. ¿ Language Training: You will have access to our language training programs, both in-person and online. \- Access to our Employee Club: where you can enjoy various types of discounts and benefits across multiple categories (leisure, technology, sports, fashion, etc.). \- Enjoy complimentary hotel stays: Through Keytel’s Referral Program, we reward referrals that result in successful hires.
