This role exists to lead that change. What would your responsibilities be? * Leadership and team management * Lead teams of up to 150 people, ensuring performance, cohesion, and operational discipline. * Manage shift planning, resource allocation, and workload distribution based on operational needs and activity forecasts. * Serve as the authoritative reference point in the warehouse: approachable, direct, and demanding — in equal measure. * Develop middle managers: train them, hold them accountable, and support their growth. * Implement and maintain daily opening and closing shift briefings as a key tool for team alignment. **Operational Management** * Ensure achievement of daily targets for picking, shipping, receiving, and replenishment. * Supervise process quality and respond swiftly to deviations or incidents. * Monitor warehouse KPIs (volume, cycle times, error rates, productivity) and report to General Management. * Coordinate goods receipt and operational liaison with carriers and suppliers. * Manage inventory and guarantee stock accuracy within the system. **Occupational Risk Prevention** * Ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations across all warehouse areas. * Guarantee safe working environments, especially during peak activity periods. * Act as the primary liaison with the prevention service and manage incidents diligently. **Reporting and Continuous Improvement** * Proactively identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven, well-reasoned operational improvements. * Prepare periodic performance reports for General Management. * Collaborate with the technical team on implementing management tools and dashboards. ➡️ What do we expect from you? * Minimum 7 years of experience in warehouse or high-volume logistics leadership roles. * Demonstrable track record leading teams of over 100 people, including experience managing peaks of up to 150 or more. * In-depth knowledge of picking, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and inventory management in high-turnover environments. * Solid experience in OHS management within highly active warehouses. * Proven history of improving operational KPIs in previous positions. * Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS, ERP or similar). * Experience in e-commerce or high-volume B2C distribution is highly valued.
