




Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance professional to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities in hotels and other accommodations, collaborating with various departments and ensuring compliance with regulations. Our portfolio includes brands such as SmartRental Collection, Akeah, Malacuna, Live It, Suio, Evoca, and Lemonade, covering various vertical markets within the Living and Hospitality sectors. **What will your responsibilities be?** **Preventive and Corrective Maintenance** * Conduct periodic inspections of guest rooms, common areas, kitchens, and laundries. * Perform maintenance on electrical equipment, plumbing, HVAC systems, carpentry, and painting, documenting all interventions. * Anticipate failures and propose improvements. * Respond to incidents and repair electrical systems, water supply, HVAC, lighting fixtures, locks, faucets, and other components. * Assist in emergency situations (e.g., water leaks, power failures, gas leaks, etc.) **Facilities and Equipment** * Supervise and maintain HVAC systems (chillers, boilers, VRV, split units), elevators, pumps, pressure-boosting units, and electrical panels. * Ensure fire protection, gas, and ventilation systems comply with safety and energy efficiency regulations. * Collaborate with Housekeeping and Reception to address room-related incidents. * Support Kitchen and Food & Beverage teams in repairing machinery and equipment. * Coordinate external interventions with Management and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) departments. * Attend technical inspections and audits. **Management and Control** * Manage materials, tools, and spare parts, ordering supplies as needed. * Complete work reports and notify the Maintenance Manager of incidents. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and environmental safety regulations. **Other Duties** * Perform painting, carpentry, masonry, or locksmithing tasks. * Maintain order in workshops and storage areas. * Assist with installations or events (outlets, lighting, furniture, etc.). * Cover on-call shifts or non-standard working hours when required. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel maintenance. * Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and general maintenance systems. * Professional proficiency with standard tools and equipment. * Secondary education or equivalent; certification in HVAC, building maintenance, or related fields is preferred. * Maintenance certification is highly valued. * Motorcycle driving license is a plus. * Possession of a recognized disability certificate is positively considered, in line with our commitment to equal opportunities. **What do we offer?** * Temporary contract due to medical leave coverage. * Opportunities for professional development and growth within a growing company. * Discounts on our accommodations, restaurants, events, and more.
