Job Summary: We are seeking a Bar Waiter/Waitress Assistant to support the front-of-house team in customer service and ensure smooth service delivery, maintaining quality standards. Currently, we are expanding our team and seeking to hire a Bar Waiter/Waitress Assistant for the Food & Beverage Department. The primary mission of this role is to support the front-of-house team in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless service execution, while upholding the company’s established quality and service standards. Responsibilities: * Assist bartenders in bar service. * Prepare and carry out table and service area setup and breakdown. * Restock supplies, beverages, and products required during service. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas. * Attend to customers following the bar manager’s instructions. * Collaborate in room and event setup and cleanup. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and occupational risk prevention regulations. * Report incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Participate in internal training programs and continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience as a waiter/waitress assistant or internships in food service. * Knowledge of front-of-house service and customer service. * Ability to follow established instructions and procedures. * Intermediate level of English. * Flexible working hours.
