We seek a **Department Head** who stands out for attention to detail, proactivity, and a strong commitment to quality service—someone who will integrate seamlessly into our team as a genuine representative of our culinary concept, capturing and conveying the essence of our restaurants and bars. **What will you do?** - Coordinate staff assigned to your department, supervising the proper execution of tasks during service. - Prepare and set up dining areas and tables across all food & beverage outlets, ensuring that tableware, glassware, cutlery, and other items are ready and in perfect condition. - Provide direct service to guests, advising them on menus and beverages, and actively participating in service—including front-of-house tasks such as carving, deboning, or flambéing. - Carry out various cleaning, maintenance, and inspection activities for equipment, tools, utensils, and kitchenware used in the hotel’s restaurants and bars. - Handle guest billing and payment collection, as well as daily reconciliation and settlement of revenue in your section. - Manage storage and stock control of goods, as well as inventory of supplies, kitchenware, and tools within the food & beverage department. Assist with guest reception, welcoming, seating, and farewell, ensuring personalized and courteous service. Strictly comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. **Essential requirements:** - Minimum 12 months’ experience in similar roles, preferably in hotels of equal or higher category. - Immediate availability to start. - Relevant professional training for the position. - Communicative English skills; German is a plus.
