As a Receptionist, your main responsibilities will be as follows: * Professionally, proactively, and responsibly manage guest check-in and all related tasks. * Provide customer service at the front desk. * Handle room occupancy management and room sales. * Safeguard valuables and deposited cash. * Perform billing, collection, and foreign currency exchange tasks. * Receive, process, and forward customer complaints to the appropriate departments.
