Job stability and a positive working environment **Job Opening: Deputy Front Office Manager** A hotel located in **Playa del Inglés** is seeking a **Deputy Front Office Manager** to join its Front Office team. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide direct support to the Front Office Manager in daily departmental management. * Coordinate and supervise the front office team. * Attend to guests and resolve incidents. * Manage reservations, check-in/check-out, and billing. * Act as substitute for the Front Office Manager during their absence. * Ensure compliance with hotel quality standards and procedures. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a front desk agent and/or Deputy Front Office Manager. * Education in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred). * Upper-intermediate to advanced German language proficiency (additional languages are a plus). * Familiarity with hotel management software. * Leadership, organizational, and guest-oriented skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **We Offer** * Employment contract according to the **Las Palmas Hospitality Collective Agreement**. * Salary commensurate with professional category, with potential bonuses based on merit. * Job stability and a positive working environment. * Opportunity to join a professional and dynamic team.
