You will support the entire customer journey—from preparing and cleaning campervans before departure, to conducting check\-ins and check\-outs, assisting customers during their rental, and supporting motorhome demonstrations when needed. This role is ideal for a practical, customer-focused, detail-oriented individual comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced depot environment. **WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?** **Customer Service and Rental Operations:** Conduct check\-ins and check\-outs, provide vehicle explanations, assist customers throughout their rental experience, and professionally and empathetically manage service recovery situations or emergencies. **Fleet Cleaning and Vehicle Preparation:** Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors, prepare campervans with kits, bedding, essentials, and optional extras, ensuring each vehicle meets Indie Campers’ quality, hygiene, and presentation standards. **Post-Return Inspection and Reporting:** Inspect returned vehicles for cleanliness, missing items, damage, or operational issues, and report findings for follow-up. **Sales Demonstrations and Customer Interaction:** Support motorhome demonstrations by presenting vehicle features, systems, and specifications, helping customers understand the product and enabling smooth handovers. **Sales Conversion and Lead Support:** Identify potential sales opportunities, support lead follow-up when relevant, and assist the RV Sales team with customer information and documentation. **Stock, Consumables, and Depot Organization:** Manage cleaning products, kits, consumables, and equipment; report shortages or damages; and help maintain an organized and operationally ready depot. **Basic Product and Technical Support:** Explain basic vehicle systems—such as lighting, gas, water, and other motorhome functionalities—resolve simple issues, and escalate when necessary. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** **Essential Requirements:** * Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, rentals, cleaning, housekeeping, warehouse, automotive, or operations. * Strong communication and customer interaction skills. * High attention to detail and commitment to hygiene, quality, and presentation standards. * Practical, reliable, punctual, and solution-oriented mindset. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment. * Ability to understand and explain basic vehicle or motorhome systems. * Organized and proactive approach to managing customers, tasks, and operational priorities. * Valid driving license, category B. * Advanced level of English. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with CRM tools, rental systems, or digital sales software. * Proficiency in the local language (e.g., Spanish), where applicable. * Prior experience in campervan/motorhome, automotive, tourism, or mobility environments. **PHYSICAL AND OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS** This role requires physical activity and flexibility within a depot environment. You must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stretch, and move around the depot for extended periods, as well as work inside vehicles and outdoors in varying weather conditions. You must feel comfortable lifting and carrying light to moderate items up to 15 kg—including kits, cleaning equipment, consumables, hoses, and supplies. You will also safely use cleaning products and chemicals, following safety guidelines and company training. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, peak-season shifts, and adapt to urgent operational needs—such as last-minute preparations, additional cleaning tasks, or high-volume customer periods—is required.
