Job Description: **Asidma Social Services** requires socio-healthcare professionals for the position of Home Care Assistant in the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana. Candidates must hold one of the following qualifying qualifications: * Nursing Auxiliary Technician (TCAE) * Technician in Care for Dependent Persons (TAPSD) * Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare for People in Social Institutions / At Home. Owning a personal vehicle and having flexible availability will be considered advantageous. Main duties include, but are not limited to: * Personal hygiene and grooming of the service user, as well as assistance with feeding and dressing. * Transfers, transportation, and mobilization within the home; postural changes. * Daily living activities essential for the care and support of the user; promoting daily personal autonomy. * Medication administration; prescription management. * Encouraging appropriate use of prescribed technical aids and adaptations. * Collection and management of prescriptions and documents related to the service user’s daily life. * Home maintenance, as well as promoting optimal hygiene habits in everyday family settings. * Support in any daily activity the user cannot perform independently due to their condition.
