DESCRIPTION BEIGAR is looking for 3 Scrum Masters / Agile Coaches to join a multinational technology company working on high-impact technology projects. These positions emphasize strong autonomy, where the role goes beyond facilitating ceremonies: we seek candidates capable of stabilizing teams’ agile dynamics, anticipating blockers, proactively addressing impediments, and influencing continuous improvement of both the team and its working environment. REQUIREMENTS * 2\-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in active agile environments. * Practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. * Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools. * Experience facilitating agile ceremonies. * Ability to resolve impediments and manage team blockers. * English level B2\. * University degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications** * CSM, PSM, or equivalent certifications. * Experience resolving conflicts within technical teams. * Advanced knowledge of agile metrics. * Prior experience in highly complex organizational environments. * Advanced communication, influence, and facilitation skills. * Mindset of continuous improvement and servant leadership.
