We are seeking to hire a Labor Technician to manage and coordinate the labor area of a sports club, ensuring proper compliance with legal, administrative, and organizational obligations related to club personnel. The selected candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day labor management of all employees and other collaborators associated with the club’s activities. • Manage employee onboarding, termination, working-hour adjustments, and contractual modifications. • Monitor contract expiration dates, trial periods, and renewals. • Coordinate payroll preparation with external labor consultants or management agencies. • Ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations governing the club. • Review monthly incidents: medical leaves, permits, vacations, overtime hours, variable payments, allowances, or compensations. • Control work calendars, working hours, shifts, and timekeeping records. • Act as the liaison with the club’s labor advisory service. • Coordinate procedures with Social Security, mutual insurance companies, prevention services, and public administration. • Prepare information and documentation for labor inspections, audits, or administrative requests. • Ensure adherence to internal labor protocols. • Support implementation of equality, harassment, child protection, and labor compliance policies, as applicable. • Support planning of staffing needs for seasons, camps, tournaments, or extraordinary activities. • Oversee the training plan and staff development. • Prepare labor reports, personnel cost analyses, and budget forecasts. • Collaborate in improving internal people-management processes. • Address labor-related inquiries from club staff clearly, orderly, and confidentially. * 5 years of experience. • Minimum 5 years of prior experience in labor management * Competencies / knowledge: REQUIRED PROFILE • Education in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related field • Knowledge of labor legislation, employment contracts, payroll processing, Social Security, and administrative personnel management. • Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, pptx) and labor management tools (Factorial). • Organizational skills, documentary rigor, and attention to detail. • Discretion, confidentiality, and professional conduct toward staff. • Languages: Spanish, Catalan, and intermediate English (an asset). • Preferred: Experience in sports clubs.
