




Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Technician with experience in personnel administration, payroll processing, and dealings with Social Security and official agencies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive personnel management and payroll processing 2. Social Security administration and coordination with official agencies 3. Handling and resolution of labor-related and contractual inquiries We are looking for a Human Resources Technician to perform labor-related tasks, requiring a minimum of 2 years’ experience. A degree in Labor Relations or a related field is required, along with proficiency in payroll software, Excel, the RED System, SILTRA, Contrat@, and Certific@2\. A permanent, full-time employment contract is offered. Main duties and responsibilities include: Personnel and Payroll Administration: comprehensive personnel management; preparation and administration of payrolls and settlements; calculation of IRPF. Social Security and Official Agencies: registration, deregistration, and modifications via the RED system; submission to Social Security and CRA through SILTRA; management of contracts, extensions, and certificates at SEPE (Contrat@ and Certific@2\). Daily Labor Management: attendance tracking; management of sick leave and workplace accidents; handling and resolution of labor, contractual, and remuneration-related inquiries. * Experience: 24 months. HUMAN RESOURCES TECHNICIAN. * Diploma in Labor Relations * Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Sciences, Labor Relations, and Human Resources * Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations * Competencies / Knowledge: Organizational ability, autonomy, and attention to detail * Permanent employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary: 1900 * Additional information: Intensive/part-time schedule between 7:00 a.m. \- 5:00 p.m.
