Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Manager to assume overall management of multiple ongoing construction projects, combining technical control, operational coordination, and financial monitoring for each project. Direct involvement in projects with real operational impact. • We are seeking a Site Manager to assume overall management of multiple ongoing construction projects, combining technical control, operational coordination, and financial monitoring for each project. • This position targets candidates with experience in construction, leadership capability for teams and subcontractors, and sound judgment to ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and proper execution. • Manage construction projects comprehensively—from technical and financial planning through to final handover. • Plan execution phases, resources, materials, and operational requirements for each project. • Coordinate and supervise in-house staff, skilled workers, and subcontracted companies. • Monitor construction progress, manage incidents, and ensure compliance with established deadlines. • Conduct financial monitoring of projects—tracking costs, variances, and certifications. • Interpret drawings, validate construction solutions, and ensure correct technical execution. • Maintain smooth communication with management, technical office, clients, and external collaborators. • Ensure execution quality, daily site organization, and compliance with defined standards. Experience: 5 years. • Proven experience as a Site Manager. • Advanced general technical knowledge of construction. • Experience in construction project management and team coordination. • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills with teams and subcontractors. • Organized, solution-oriented profile with high planning capability. • Proficiency in software tools applied to construction management. • Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation. • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD. • Results-oriented mindset, execution control, and deadline compliance. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: EUR 3,500 * Additional information: • Stable project within a well-established company in the construction sector. • Responsible position with autonomy in managing construction projects. • Fixed annual gross salary of EUR 42,000. • Company vehicle, mobile phone, and expense allowance. • Direct involvement in projects with real operational impact and decision-making authority.
