




Job Summary: Perform measurements, corrections, repairs, and adjustments on machines; observe the process; disassemble and clean dies; and carry out preventive maintenance during the shift. Key Responsibilities: 1. Machine maintenance and adjustment. 2. Supervision and control of critical processes. 3. Compliance with safety and quality standards. **Job Description:** Take product measurements and implement corrective actions if necessary. Correct, repair, adjust, lubricate, replace parts and tooling of machines in the area to ensure proper operation. Observe and monitor proper process operation, detecting possible anomalies. Disassemble and clean press dies, inspect their condition, and replace necessary parts. Stop and start machines. Perform preventive maintenance tasks during the shift. Support maintenance during scheduled maintenance activities. Comply with E, H\&S regulations. Know, apply, and comply with policies and standards, as well as all applicable legal requirements related to Quality and Food Safety management systems. Monitor and supervise established monitoring systems to ensure compliance with control limits set for each Critical Control Point. Implement corrective actions and/or report when monitoring of a Critical Control Point indicates that its control limit has not been met. Identify any environmental incident and record it as a Non-Conformance (NC). Proper waste management and application of good environmental, occupational health, and safety practices. Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriately, according to its nature and foreseeable risks, as well as other means used in performing job duties. Immediately report any situation perceived as posing a risk to health and safety or representing a non-conformance of the integrated management system. Keep the work environment clean and orderly, storing equipment and materials in designated locations. Suggest appropriate measures within one’s scope of work to improve safety. Participate in all activities of the occupational risk prevention system. Comply with the emergency response plan. Do not disable or misuse existing safety devices.
