Duties include preparing, seasoning, and presenting dishes using the most appropriate techniques; collaborating in training assigned staff; and ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly. Prior experience in this role is required, with preference given to candidates experienced in cider houses or traditional cuisine. Candidates must reside in Oviedo or have their own vehicle to reach the workplace, as well as flexible availability. Employment conditions include an indefinite-term contract, full-time hours, working hours according to company organization, and salary in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
