As a Regional Trainer, you will be responsible for the **training and certification of cinema teams in your assigned region**, through needs identification, **development of training materials, planning and implementation of training activities**, and monitoring their effectiveness—preparing cinema staff to meet future operational requirements. Additionally, you will report to the **Talent Department**, providing **generalist support** therein. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Identifying **training and development needs** of cinemas in your region, in **coordination with Regional Management and the Training Leader**, to determine required training aligned with operational objectives and the Company’s strategies. * Implementing, coordinating, and monitoring the regional training plan, **defining priorities, schedules, resources, and actions necessary to ensure continuous team development** and achievement of operational objectives under the supervision of the Training Leader. * Collaborating in scheduling **virtual, in-person, and/or practical training events at cinemas in your region**, ensuring compliance with quality standards, availability of required resources, and **correct implementation of each training activity.** * **Training, coaching, evaluating cinema staff**, and certifying administrative staff on business processes, procedures, and standards using the **ADA methodology**, to strengthen performance, ensure accurate knowledge transfer, and contribute to operational excellence. * Conducting periodic visits to cinemas in your region to support the execution of **training processes, identify improvement opportunities, and monitor compliance with training and certification plans.** * Analyzing and monitoring **training and certification indicators and KPIs**, assessing progress, compliance levels, program rollout, training hours, satisfaction, and operational impact—preparing periodic reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement. * Designing, developing, updating, and managing **required training materials and resources**, including presentations, manuals, instructional guides, SCORM-format content, and other training supports—ensuring alignment with models and **standards defined by the Company.** * **Managing the LMS platform**, performing user registrations, deactivations, role changes, content uploads, and activity tracking—to ensure **proper administration and traceability of training across the region.** * Participating in the **internal recruitment process**, from **resume screening** to final interviews, applying **competency-based interview techniques.** * Efficiently managing **recruitment-related documentation**, including resumes, interview notes, and candidate communications—to provide information about the selection process and application status. * Supporting **Internal Communications campaigns.** **Requirements:** --------------- * University degree in Business Administration (ADE), Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. * English level B2\. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Availability for frequent travel (weekly). **Desirable:** * Experience as a Generalist HR Technician. *At Cine Yelmo, we believe in diversity and inclusion.
