**About the Team** =================== We are looking for a Functional Architect with solid experience in the banking sector, possessing a strong understanding of banking products, processes, and operations. It is essential that the candidate joining the team be capable of mapping project requirements and functionalities to the capabilities and service domains defined by BIAN, identifying gaps and overlaps. Providing an end\-to\-end perspective to understand value streams and processes will be critical, as well as maintaining close collaboration with other architects (solution, data, technology), product managers, and development teams, and having the ability to guide and mentor other team members on best practices in functional architecture. **What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?** ======================================== * Analyze banking products, processes, and operations with an end\-to\-end perspective. * Model capabilities and value streams using frameworks such as BIAN and BPMN. * Translate functional requirements into business capabilities and service domains. * Collaborate on enterprise architecture design using TOGAF and ArchiMate. * Identify gaps, redundancies, and improvement opportunities in functional architecture. * Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including business stakeholders. * Participate in IT Governance initiatives related to functional architecture. * Work closely with solution, data, and technology architects, as well as Product Owners and development teams. **What We Are Looking For:** ============================ * Experience in the banking sector (products, processes, and operations). * Advanced knowledge of BIAN (capability model, service landscape, business objects). * Experience with TOGAF and ArchiMate for architecture design and visualization. * Ability to model processes using BPMN. * Communication skills for engaging with diverse profiles (business and technical). * Experience in IT Governance initiatives. **Who Are We?** ================ We are Glintt Global, a Portuguese/Spanish technology leader with over 30 years of experience.
