Technological Procurement Engineer

We are seeking a committed professional to join a stable project within the **Public Administration** as a **Technological Procurement Engineer**, responsible for technological selection, requirement definition, and lifecycle management of HW/SW systems. #### **️ Key Responsibilities** * **Analysis and selection of HW/SW technological solutions** for command and control (C2\) and simulation systems. * **Definition of technical requirements and preparation of documentation** for procurement processes and offer evaluations. * **Management of technological teams and systems**, including obsolescence, component replacement, and integration. * **Supplier, spare parts, maintenance, and technical support management**. * **Technological planning and security assessment**, as well as evaluation of hardware system compatibility and interoperability. #### **Minimum Requirements** Must possess: * A **university degree** in Industrial Organization Engineering, Telecommunications Technologies Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, or another engineering or scientific-technical field degree. * Minimum **English language level B2 or higher** (CEFR). * Proficiency in **office software** (Word and PowerPoint). #### **Desirable Requirements** Possession of: * An official **Master's degree** in a scientific-technical or engineering field. * Certification in **data analytics tools**.
