Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Engineer to lead strategic negotiations, improve results and operational efficiency, with direct impact on profitability and international growth. We are looking for a Procurement Engineer to directly support the Head of Procurement in improving results and operational efficiency. What will be your mission? The selected candidate will play a key role in supplier negotiations, development of international synergies, and integration of teams and new acquisitions, directly contributing to the company’s profitability and strategic positioning in Iberia. What responsibilities will you have? * Coordinate and consolidate procurement department negotiation outcomes. * Negotiate annual agreements with strategic suppliers. * Manage additional negotiations throughout the year: campaigns, bonuses, marketing contributions, free-of-charge materials, etc. * Identify and negotiate synergies with other Group countries to improve terms in Iberia. * Drive the introduction and development of the Group’s private label in the Iberian market. * Develop new negotiation levers aimed at improving margins. * Integrate new acquisitions into the company’s framework agreements. * Actively participate in capturing synergies arising from new companies, operational changes, and logistics improvements. * Analyze data, define action plans, and autonomously present proposals. What do we require? * Strong analytical ability, autonomy, and proactivity. * Expert-level proficiency in Office 365 (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and high-level Power BI). * Excellent communication skills in international environments. * Advanced English (mandatory).
