Fuerte Group, a Spanish hotel group with over 70 years of history, is seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented **Construction Controller** to join our developments in the Caribbean and Central America, **based in Cancún or Jamaica.**

**Holistic Vision:** You will serve as the key liaison between the Site Manager and Corporate Management (Finance and Technical).
**Your Key Responsibilities:**
* Ensure objectives and budgets are met in compliance with company standards, procedures, and ethical values.
* Perform the monthly administrative closing of the construction site (posting of delivery notes, invoices, and accruals).
* Prepare periodic projections of site expenses and revenues in coordination with the Site Manager.
* Monitor subcontractor certifications against contracted measurements and contract extensions if required.
* Input and maintain certification and cost/schedule estimation data in the IT system (SIGRID).
* Request and verify required documentation from subcontractors.
* Prepare and approve invoice payment batches.
* Comply with, and ensure compliance with, quality, health and safety, environmental, and data protection regulations.
* Manage site collections, treasury, and cash.
* Manage document control (projects, contracts, change orders, invoices) and report monthly progress of contracts against their Cost Centers.
**Requirements:**

Who are we looking for?
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics and Business Studies, or equivalent qualification.
* **Experience:** 3–5 years of demonstrable work experience in administrative management roles within construction companies.
* **Languages:** English level B2\.
* **Tools:** Advanced proficiency in Excel.
* A highly motivated individual eager to grow internationally, with geographic availability/mobility.
