**RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Support in daily departmental management:** Participate in food and beverage meetings and briefings, contributing ideas to improve operations, customer service, and team working conditions. * **Team planning and coordination:** Develop staff schedules, manage absences, assign operational tasks, supervise and motivate personnel, ensuring they have the necessary resources for effective performance. * **Development and control of beverage offerings:** Create, update, and supervise beverage and cocktail menus; ensure quality in preparation and presentation; train staff on standards and techniques. * **Customer service and attention:** Guarantee excellent service, resolve incidents promptly and professionally, strategically manage reservations, and maintain effective and courteous communication with guests. * **Administrative and operational control:** Manage HR-related documentation, prepare reports, control inventories and supplies, supervise bar cleaning and equipment maintenance, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. * **Staff training and development:** Train and develop employees, conduct performance evaluations, provide guidance and discipline when necessary, fostering a motivating and fair work environment. * **Financial control:** Handle cash float, process payment methods, ensure cash control, and follow financial audit and security procedures. * **Interdepartmental collaboration:** Work with other departments to optimize overall operations and support implementation of the annual food and beverage department strategies. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** * Solid knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as service protocol and standards. * Experience in business management, cost control, and basic accounting procedures. * Proficiency in computer tools and hotel management systems. * Knowledge of market trends, products, and competitors. **LANGUAGES:** * Native Spanish. * English at minimum B2 level. * A third language is considered an asset.
