Your role goes beyond the technical: you represent the spirit of the brand, share stories behind the drinks, confidently recommend dishes, and offer impeccable service even during high\-pressure moments. With strong product knowledge and a proactive approach to preparation and service, you play a vital role in maintaining the rhythm and quality of our bar operations. Key Responsibilities * Prepare all cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with precision and consistency * Deliver exceptional guest experiences through professional and personalized service * Fully master the beverage and food menu, including ingredients and pairings * Maintain clean, organized, and well\-stocked bar stations at all times * Greet guests, take beverage orders, and confidently recommend drinks and food items * Promote daily specials and highlight seasonal creations using suggestive selling techniques * Operate the POS system for accurate order entry and payment processing * Manage bar inventory and communicate supply needs in a timely manner * Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and legal standards, including age verification * Follow opening, service, and closing checklists with consistency and accountability * Handle guest feedback and complaints calmly and professionally, involving a manager when needed * Anticipate guest needs and respond swiftly to requests during service * Collaborate with floor and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and communication * Participate in team briefings and ongoing training to stay informed and inspired * Embody the values of the Nikki Beach Hospitality Group and represent the new project with enthusiasm and professionalism Required Qualifications and Competencies * Proven experience as a bartender in high\-end hospitality venues * Strong knowledge of cocktails, mixology techniques, and bar operations * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Quick, organized, and detail\-oriented, even under pressure * Confident and positive guest\-facing demeanor * Strong POS handling and basic cash reconciliation experience * Ability to follow recipes and SOPs with precision * Fluency in English is mandatory; other languages such as Spanish or German are a plus * Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Benefits * Shared tips \& service charge * Daily staff meals provided on\-site * Opportunity to work with an international hospitality brand!
