Design, develop, and implement individualized Social Inclusion pathways. Prepare assessment, follow-up, and discharge reports for service users. Participate in monitoring the logistical tasks of the activity and administrative management of the Program. Carry out necessary procedures to implement community-level actions, promoting the creation of alliances with other organizations and local authorities. Refer cases to internal/external services of the institution for comprehensive case management. Prepare reports, summaries, improvement proposals, and any documentation required for Program management. Coordinate with different local management areas and projects to ensure comprehensive care for users and implementation of inclusion pathways. Assess, propose, manage, and monitor the justification of the project budget. Participate in team meetings and gatherings proposed by the program at regional and national levels when required. Manage and support the volunteer team within your area of intervention. Motivate and coordinate volunteer participation in activities. Internally collaborate in resource fundraising by participating in various activities (lotteries, gold draws...) Maintain continuous professional development by attending events and training sessions organized by Provincial, Central, or Regional Offices. **Profile:** Diploma or Degree in Social Work. Minimum of 1 year of experience working with vulnerable groups. Orientation towards vulnerability. Driving license B. We will value: Basic training in CRE knowledge areas (MAP, Vulnerability, Intervention with individuals, Gender perspective, Conflict resolution, Project management, Agile methodologies, and Risk management). Demonstrable experience in motivating and managing volunteers. Work experience within CRE. Knowledge of programs addressing socially excluded groups.
