Da Bruno Restaurants is seeking a Cold Kitchen Cook. We are looking for a candidate with prior experience in this role who can prepare: \- Sauce preparation: strong command of **Italian** sauces. \- Preparation of "mise en place": vegetable cuts and preparation of other ingredients. \- Salad preparation. \- Preparation of cold appetizers. Immediate start, full-time position. Candidate must have flexible availability to work split shifts. Only residents of Marbella or nearby areas will be considered.
