As the friendly face of our hotel restaurant, you’ll also serve as a helpful host, a local expert, and a proud brand ambassador. Whether preparing beverages exactly as our guests request or serving delicious meals, you’ll dedicate yourself to crafting relaxing and memorable experiences. Your day-to-day responsibilities: \* Extend a warm welcome to everyone and set the tone for each guest’s dining experience. \* Describe the beverage and menu selections to guests, offering vivid and engaging descriptions of each dish’s origin, flavor profile, and preparation method. \* Prepare your station: stock all necessary supplies and manage your inventory. \* Ensure food and beverage items are fully stocked. \* Maintain general cleanliness and upkeep of your work area. \* Be ready to perform ad hoc tasks when colleagues need assistance—such as covering other outlets including room service, the bar, or the terrace. \* Collaborate with fellow restaurant and kitchen staff to deliver seamless meal service. \* Assess guests’ needs and preferences and make appropriate recommendations. \* Report and track maintenance, repairs, and bar cleaning requirements. \* Accurately close and settle guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly reconcile voided checks or complimentary items. \* Supervise the pool area to ensure all guests comply with established rules and no issues arise. ### **Requirements** \* Over 1 year of experience working in hotels/restaurants. \* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field. \* Fluent in both Spanish and English; additional languages highly valued. \* Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, team-oriented, and passionate about service. ### **Offered Benefits** \* International IHG hotel rates with discount. \* Opportunities for professional growth within one of the world’s largest hospitality companies. \* Training programs and access to IHG’s learning platform. \* Meals provided during shifts. \* Discount on private health insurance. \* Kimpton Benefits: our exclusive employee discount platform. \* A cool, fun, and vibrant workplace environment
