




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Support in daily department management:** Participate in meetings and briefings of the food and beverage area, providing ideas to improve operations, customer service, and team working conditions. * **Team planning and coordination:** Create schedules, manage absences, assign operational tasks, supervise and motivate staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources for effective performance. * **Development and control of beverage offerings:** Create, update, and oversee drink and cocktail menus, ensure quality in preparation and presentation, and train staff on standards and techniques. * **Customer service and attention:** Guarantee excellent service, resolve issues quickly and professionally, manage reservations strategically, and maintain effective and courteous communication with guests. * **Administrative and operational control:** Handle documentation for human resources, prepare reports, control inventories and supplies, supervise cleanliness and maintenance of the bar and its equipment, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. * **Staff training and development:** Train and educate employees, conduct performance evaluations, advise and discipline when necessary, fostering a motivating and fair work environment. * **Financial control:** Manage the cash float, process payment methods, ensure cash handling control, and follow auditing and financial security procedures. * **Interdepartmental collaboration:** Work with other departments to optimize overall operations and support the implementation of annual food and beverage strategies. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** * Solid knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as service protocols. * Experience in business management, cost control, and basic accounting procedures. * Proficiency in computer tools and hotel management systems. * Knowledge of the market, products, and competition. * **LANGUAGES:** * Native Spanish. * Minimum English level B2. * A third language is positively valued.
