Job Mission Support preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for the hotel, ensuring facilities remain in good condition, with special attention to plumbing and masonry work, to provide safe and comfortable spaces. Main Responsibilities * Perform basic general maintenance tasks throughout the hotel. * Assist with plumbing tasks (leak repairs, faucet replacements, unclogging, etc.). * Carry out minor masonry repairs (wall repairs, floor repairs, tiling repairs, basic painting). * Collaborate on preventive maintenance of facilities and equipment. * Identify and report incidents or malfunctions. * Maintain tools and materials in good condition and properly organized. * Comply with occupational safety and risk prevention regulations. * Support other technical staff as needed. Requirements * Prior experience in general maintenance, plumbing and/or masonry. * Practical knowledge of basic repairs. * Technical training related to maintenance, construction, or installations is desirable. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Availability for shifts and on-call duties according to operational needs. * Responsible, solution-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
