We are currently expanding our team and seeking committed **Maintenance Staff** to join our growing coastal operations. **Main Responsibilities:** The selected candidate will perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing repairs, basic electrical work, painting, masonry, locksmithing, assembly, facility inspections, and daily incident support. They must also verify the proper functioning of equipment and facilities, report any detected faults, and maintain order and cleanliness in work areas. **Requirements:** Prior experience in general maintenance work is valued, along with basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and repairs; ability to resolve incidents; responsibility; punctuality; and a positive attitude when interacting with clients, property owners, and colleagues. **Offered:** Stable employment, immediate incorporation, and terms to be determined based on the candidate’s experience and profile.
