Responsibilities We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant for a residence located in San Pedro Alcántara, Málaga. Responsibilities: * Assist in ingredient preparation and mise en place. * Comply with food hygiene and safety protocols (HACCP). * Help prepare dishes under the supervision of the chef. * Be responsible for plating and meal distribution. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment. * Handle washing and organizing tableware using the dishwashing system and ensure proper restocking in the kitchen/dining area. Requirements \- Previous experience as a kitchen assistant/auxiliary, preferably in catering services (residences, hospitals, school cafeterias, etc.). * Food Handler Certificate. * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety. * Teamwork and organizational skills. * Must reside near the area. We Offer \- 40-hour workweek. * Schedule: Rotating shifts—Morning (07:00 to 15:00) and Afternoon (13:30 to 21:30). Work pattern consists of 3 morning shifts, 3 afternoon shifts, and 3 days off. * Stable position. * Salary according to collective agreement.
